The Chuck Doehling
Sportsmanship Award

The
league's sportsmanship award is the highest honor a team can
earn. It is named in honor of Chuck Doehling, the League
Director for 30 years. Chuck stressed sportsmanship
was a way to honor Christ as we played the game. He felt our
attitude and actions should be consistent whether in church or on the
basketball court. This award is the League's way of
appreciating Chuck's example and devotion to the league and its ideals.
The winners of the Chuck Doehling Sportsmanship Award for this
season was Lakewood Church of the Nazarene coached by Dale Pierce.
